Traveling internationally as a solo parent or traveling with someone else’s child, then this Minor Child International Travel Consent Form is exactly what you need. When a child is traveling internationally with an adult such as a friend, teacher or relative, or even when a child is traveling with only one parent, an airline employee or immigration officer may ask for an official letter of consent. Some airlines and countries are much stricter than other, so it is better to be prepared.
I have traveled with my son as a solo parent, as well as my nieces and nephews and used this Minor Child International Travel Consent Form with no issues.
